A Yorkshire-based business consultancy has supported a rapidly growing health and beauty manufacturer following its expansion into the US.

Pro-Development (UK) Ltd, has partnered with Cleckheaton-headquartered Orean, who identified the need for a robust leadership framework to be put in place to ensure a strong pipeline of up-and-coming leaders to support the business as its focus widens.

The success of Orean’s new $5m manufacturing facility in the US site has opened opportunities for international roles and further career progression opportunities in the UK. Pro-Development has created a bespoke programme to support and upskill potential future leaders and provide a clear career path to encourage staff engagement.
