Cheshire-based prop tech firm moves premises to support growth
Warrington-based LegalforLandlords is a supplier of tenant referencing, professional services and insurance to the property rental sector.
Following the acquisition of prop tech platform, Propoly, in 2021, the business is steering itself for growth. In order to support the property rental sector, more features are being incorporated into the platform, and lettings agents are discovering the benefits of the software’s pre-tenancy service.
LegalforLandlords will utilise technology to streamline processes, and commit to enhancing professionalism in the industry.
Sim Sekhon, founder and MD, said: “We’re running out of room, the team is growing and our ambitious plans demand the extra floor space.
“We’ve got a great team with a huge amount of experience, and this short-distance relocation will allow us to keep the team intact. Moves can be disruptive, but we’ve planned everything and I’m confident we’ll hit the ground running.”
The company’s new HQ is at Unit 5B, Olympic Way, Birchwood, Warrington WA2 OYL and the move is scheduled to be completed by February 13th 2023.
