James Singer, Lichfields
National planning and development consultancy Lichfields has announced a senior appointment at its London office to support continued growth of the business.
James Singer joins as an Associate Director based at the Company’s London office, situated in the heart of the Square Mile, where he will be working alongside a 100-strong team of planning and development specialists.
He brings 12 years’ experience advising private and public sector clients, with particular expertise in town centre and commercial development. He joins from Nexus Planning and is an appointed Expert on the Government’s High Streets Task Force. James will lead on a range of large-scale commercial and mixed-use development projects alongside evidence and policy support to local authorities across London and the south of England.
Commenting on his appointment, James said: “I’m looking forward to taking my career to the next level at Lichfields, drawing on its pre-eminent insight agenda, and working on larger-scale development projects with a very strong team of people.”
Senior Director and head of the London office Matthew Spry, said: “The revitalisation of town centres and repurposing of their property assets is a core area of our business which James will help us grow and develop further.”
**Tom Price-Daniel, Plabon Rahman, Jessica Allen, Teamed
Teamed has announced a string of key appointments as the business prepares to grow market share in 2023. Following the successful close of a £2.5M seed round in December, the global brand has bolstered its team with three additional senior leaders.
Tom Price-Daniel has been appointed as Head of Revenue and will be responsible for retention, growth and customer acquisition. He brings with him a wealth of experience having built and sold his first company in 2013 before transferring his skills to software, SaaS and WorkTech in 2015.
Plabon Rahman joins the business as Head of Operations and boasts over 12 years’ experience promoting diverse organisational growth, competitive advantages and changes across a range of different industries.
Jessica Allen has been appointed as Head of Marketing, tasked with amplifying Teamed’s mission of improving access to exciting career opportunities and addressing the growing demand for remote working.
Commenting on the hires, Antony Vallee, CEO at Teamed said, “It’s been an exciting few years which have seen Teamed achieve 30 per cent month-on-month growth since 2020. There’s a clear demand for our service and as an increasing number of businesses recognise the value in global hiring, we’re set to continue on a similar trajectory.
**Samantha McKittrick, The Flywheelers
Today, The Flywheelers, the integrated communications agency for high-growth technology startups and scaleups, announces the appointment of Samantha McKittrick as associate director. With over 10 years’ experience in integrated B2B communications, she will support The Flywheelers in delivering brand momentum for clients and driving agency growth.
Samantha joins The Flywheelers from Nelson Bostock. Prior to this, she worked for eight years at Brands2Life.

Samantha’s appointment follows senior account executive, Nicole Boahene Asomah joining the agency earlier in January. Prior to joining The Flywheelers, Nicole held communications roles at Direct Line Group and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
