Michelle Wheeler, UNiDAYS

UNiDAYS, the world’s leading Student Affinity Network, today announces the appointment of Michelle Wheeler as Managing Director, Identity.

In her new role, Michelle will be focused on strengthening UNiDAYS brand partners’ access to the valuable but hard-to-reach student audience while extending best-in-class benefits and services to students.

Michelle will work alongside the senior leadership team at UNiDAYS including Josh Rathour, CEO and Founder, Alex Gallagher, Chief Strategy Officer, and Jon Hawley, Chief Identity Officer. She will also have responsibility for overseeing and developing a global team of sales and marketing professionals to accelerate market development and growth.

Based in Miami, Florida, Michelle’s previous roles have included Business Leader & Co-Founder of XOR Data Exchange, and Vice President of Business Development at ID Analytics. She was most recently Senior Vice President at identity, verification and authentication solutions company Prove working alongside a variety of roles and functions.

Jon Hawley, CIO and co-founder at UNiDAYS, says, “We’re delighted to welcome Michelle to our global leadership team as we build on our position as a world leader in digital identity and the instant verification of student consumers.”

**Ben Topliss, Jack Jarvis & Dan Wilson, Serotonin

Serotonin, the creative and digital agency based in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, is ramping up for 2023 with three senior hires.

Ben Topliss joins Serotonin as Head of Creative, previously at Rise at Seven, and before that, Design Director at IMA-Home working on Reebok and Adidas accounts in the UK and New York. Topliss brings a wealth of experience creating global campaigns and visual identities for brands including Red Bull and Johnnie Walker.

In addition, Jack Jarvis, previously Paid Search Account Director at More2, joins Serotonin as Head of Search, and Dan Wilson joins the team from Myprotein THG as Head of Email & CRM.

The trio will work across Serotonin’s portfolio of B2B and B2C clients in ecommerce, hospitality, property & leisure.

Topliss says: “With Ben, Jack and Dan joining the team we have a really strong start to 2023. Each of them brings the expertise and energy to help the agency and our clients achieve great things. Ella Woodward & Julian Stott, Muse Manchester

Nationwide placemaker, Muse’s Manchester business continues to grow, with former Nikal associate director, Ella Woodward and Manchester Airport Group development manager, Julian Stott, joining the team as development manager and development director respectively.

Ella brings a raft of experience to the business, with time spent at Colliers, Avison Young and Cushman and Wakefield prior to Nikal. Ella will work the team with its expansion strategy, as well supporting the delivery of places in the North West.

Regional managing director for the North West, Phil Mayall, said: “I’m delighted to welcome both Ella and Julian to Muse, who are both joining at a really exciting time. As a business, we’re on an ambitious growth strategy that’s centred around building brighter futures for all, through the delivery of place-changing regeneration that benefits communities.
