PCI Pal's Chief Information Security Officer to speak at CIO Watercooler Live London
The Chief Information Security Officer of PCI Pal - the global SaaS provider of secure payment solutions for business communications - has been invited to speak at the CIO Watercooler Live event to provide leading Chief Information Officers with an insight to security and compliance threats for 2023 and beyond.
The event is an opportunity for leading CIOs to share how they have dealt with legacy and technical debt, cloud migrations and building infrastructure to become a data-driven organisation.
The day’s agenda will take a substantial look at digital transformation with the IT leaders who have been there and done that; transforming the customer experience and internal business processes, led by the business, not the latest tools and technologies.
PCI Pal’s Geoff Forsyth will co-host a session with 8×8’s Senior Product Marketing Manager Andy Rawll on ‘Communications Trends in a World of Security and Compliance Threats’.
During the session, the duo will look at how threat vectors are on the rise. With the inevitable increase in multiple-location work environments, it provides attackers with increased numbers of points of entry into a corporate network. Work from anywhere can also mean the risk of breach can start from anywhere.
It is this sophistication that is shaping Digital Communications security trends. IT and business leaders must be more vigilant to protect corporate data, intellectual property, and other assets. Interactions via voice, video calls and chat generate data and metadata that contain analytics and caller/customer information which all need to be protected.
