OneTag, the “innovative” programmatic technology company, today announces the appointment of Tom Jenen as chief revenue officer, Niki Stoker as global senior vice president of demand, and Lina Adelt as global marketing director.
As OneTag’s CRO, Tom will lead the global commercial growth, via new publisher supply, new demand strategies, and new technology partnerships. With 24 years in the industry, he previously held the roles at Google and Admeld, where he launched the business in Europe ahead of its sale to Google in 2011.
Niki Stoker will be launching the global demand side offering for OneTag, building out an international team in the UK, US, EU, and the rest of the world.
Previously COO at personalisation digital audio specialists A Million Ads, Niki also co-founded digital marketing agency Rabbit and Hare in 2011 and has held senior leadership and/or board positions at companies such as Doubleclick, Flashtalking, Exponential, Scoota, and Mobsta.
With over 10 years of experience in the media industry, Lina will be responsible for OneTag’s global marketing activity. She has held previous marketing roles at influencer marketing company, Influencer, dynamic audio specialists, A Million Ads, and advertising platform LoopMe.

Nader Dehdashti, Jungle Creations
Social first publisher Jungle Creations has announced it has appointed Nader Dehdashti as head of creators.
The newly formed role will see Nader launching and leading Jungle Creators, the latest full service offering from the business for creators in the digital and traditional space on how to monetise content, grow new audiences and connect them to the biggest brands to produce award-winning campaigns.
Nader brings a wealth of experience in talent management in the television and entertainment sectors, including five years within the producing department for Big Brother at Endemol Shine. Most recently he was senior talent manager at global talent agency, YMU, managing TV stars including Stephen Mulhern, Rylan Clark and Emma Willis.
In addition to his role at Jungle Creations, Nader co-founded and still runs his own youth mental health charity, Happy Space, that has helped provide wellbeing resources to over 40,000 children across the UK.
Nader commented: “Having worked with some incredible talent over the last ten years, I am eager to bring my more traditional creator-led knowledge to the digital space and I can’t think of a better place to do that than at Jungle.
“I’m excited to build on their existing creator offering, bringing my personal experience of working in mental health alongside nurturing digital talent feels vital to unlocking a new area of business to help creators form their careers from start to finish.”

Privately-owned real estate group Topland has made two new additions to its asset management and human resources teams. Firstly, Natalia Gliorsi joins as company secretary and head of HR having previously worked at private credit specialists ADM Capital.
Natalia brings specialist experience in commercial litigation, compliance, and corporate affairs. Natalia will lead Topland’s human resources department where she will advise on recruitment and resourcing strategy for the business as it targets future growth.
Edward Sibley has also joined the group as asset manager to bring additional expertise in portfolio management, valuations, and strategic asset development. Edward joins Topland from commercial landlord, The Arch Company – one of England and Wales’ largest SME landlords.
Edward will work alongside Topland’s asset management team as it manages more than 200 tenancies across its 3.5 million sq ft investment portfolio.
