Tina Kennedy, Simplyhealth

Leading UK health solutions provider, Simplyhealth, has today announced the appointment of Tina Kennedy as product director of its Consumer businesses. Reporting to Katie Wadey, chief product and commercial officer, Tina will have full accountability for the P&L of the Consumer business in this newly created role.

Tina joins Simplyhealth in February bringing a wealth of experience across data driven digital transformation, sales and marketing and P&L management. Having started her career in FMCG, Tina has held commercial leadership roles including at Experian and Vodafone and latterly as product director at Aareon who provide software for social housing.

Katie Wadey, chief product and commercial officer said: “Tina’s appointment completes the recruitment of our product directors, an important step on journey to becoming a product-led healthcare solutions provider.”

Tina Kennedy commented: “With the demand for healthcare services outstripping NHS capacity we are seeing a real shift in attitudes towards private provision. Simplyhealth is ideally placed to help people with affordable and accessible outpatient care such as dentistry, ophthalmology, dermatology, and physiotherapy.”

Scott Ewings, TPXimpact

Digital transformation specialists TPXimpact today appoint Scott Ewings as new Chief Experience Officer of the company’s Digital Experience team, as part of its continued efforts to drive the business’ ambitious revenue growth plans.

Scott has notably led Fjord, Ustwo, Potato (part of AKQA/WPP) and Bernadette (part of VCCP) in the UK, helping to establish them all as outstanding digital product studios, as well as working client-side as an experience strategy leader with Vodafone in Australia. Scott is also an active member of the ‘Tech & Design for Good’ movement.

Mark Smith, chairman, commented: “ Scott will be a key driver behind the future growth of our Digital Experience team and I am confident that his design and development expertise will be highly beneficial to the company and all our clients.“

Dayne Turbitt, Anaplan

Anaplan, provider of a market-leading platform for business planning and decision-making, announced the appointment of Dayne Turbitt to the position of Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Turbitt joins Anaplan from Dell Technologies, where he spent twelve years, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Dell Technologies’ UK business.

Turbitt takes the EMEA helm at Anaplan at a pivotal time for enterprise digital transformation. As businesses in the region grapple with an increasingly complex environment, from core inflation pressures to a continued cost-of-living crisis, Anaplan is determined to equip decision-makers with the insight and agility they need to operate effectively in the market.

“I am delighted to join Anaplan at such an important point in time,” said Turbitt. “Organisations are searching for ways to address their critical needs in a market that is constantly evolving, and as a leader I know how challenging it can be to make strategic decisions without the right insights in hand.”

Turbitt brings more than 25 years of technology leadership and operational excellence to the Anaplan team in EMEA, including a wealth of enterprise sales experience. Turbitt holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
