Two 'major lettings' announced in Bracknell's Three Arlington Square
Two ‘major’ new lettings have been announced at the landmark Three Arlington Square building in Bracknell.
They come shortly after the delivery of newly fitted and furnished space at the refurbished building close to the town centre. Multinational conglomerate General Electric has taken a 2,080 sq ft fourth floor suite in the four-storey building. Expanding recruitment consultancy Tiro Partners has signed a lease on 1,400 sq ft of space, also on the fourth floor.
The lettings follow the arrival of training provider iHasco which took almost 10,000 sq ft on the fourth floor. Joint agents, property consultancies Vail Williams and Hanover Green acted for the landlord, Orchard Street Investment Management.
Vail Williams partner Guy Parkes, based at The Thames Valley office in Reading, said: “The refurbishment at Three Arlington Square proactively predicted the post pandemic office style. It is very much a complementary set up for hybrid working.
“There are with break-out areas and nooks for informal catch ups with colleagues and visitors, and also extensive outdoor meeting and entertainment space. With additional refurbishments currently underway across a further 27,000 sq ft on the ground and third floors, there remains a strong pipeline of interest for the remaining space.”
Three Arlington Square sits around an urban landscaped square, originally modelled on St James’s Square in London with its own pocket park at the heart of the town centre, moments from new Lexicon shopping and leisure complex.
The property, also just five minutes’ walk from Bracknell railway station, features a newly refurbished triple-height reception, full access raised floors, three lifts, air conditioning, natural light and plentiful parking.
Established in 2004, Orchard Street investment management LLP is a leading specialist commercial property investment manager, focused on the UK market, and currently has assets under management exceeding £4 billion.
Kevin Slaughter, finance director at GE Verona, said: “We are thrilled to have moved into our new home. The brand new high quality office suite which the has been created provides us with the perfect environment for our business to flourish and adapt as needed. The suite provides us with the space to connect, collaborate and socialize with colleagues across our company.”
Casey Reid, operations manager at Tiro Partners, which is headquartered in London, said: “We are delighted with our new office space in Three Arlington Square. It is immaculate and provides everything we need to flourish. We are looking forward to our journey here.”
Andy Tucker, associate at Hanover Green, said: “With the exciting new retail and leisure offering at the nearby Lexicon and its excellent transport connectivity, Bracknell town centre is an obvious choice for corporates of all sizes.”
