Partnership leaves Yorkshire property specialist in good health

A fast-growing property consultancy has been appointed to provide valuation, commercial agency, and building surveying to one of the North of England’s largest healthcare operators.

Bradley Hall has been appointed to the supply chain framework of Community Ventures Management, a property development and estates strategy consultancy which provides specialist services to the NHS and other public sector clients across the North East, Yorkshire and the East Midlands.

Community Ventures began life as the management services provider for a number of public-private partnerships created under the NHS’s Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) programme in England and has grown to now incorporate the management of 9 LIFT companies.

The national LIFT Initiative was launched in 2001 and represented the Department of Health’s commitment to the improvement of health and social care service provision in the communities that most needed renewed investment and support.

Over recent years, Bradley Hall has worked on a number of projects for the partnership, including the provision of site searches, property options appraisals and valuation advice.

Speaking about the extension, Emma Bolton, area director (Leeds/ North East) at Community Ventures, said: “Having worked closely with Bradley Hall over the last four years I’m really pleased that we have been able to secure our continued partnership. It helps that we share very similar geographies now that Bradley Hall have a well established Leeds office.”

Boasting over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, Bradley Hall has grown rapidly over recent years, with the opening of new branches across the North East and Yorkshire taking its total number of offices to nine and its headcount to 56.

And with further expansion planned, the extension of the framework, which also has an option for Community Ventures to extend it a further 12 months upon its completion, will provide a further boost to its teams.

David Cran, managing director, Yorkshire at Bradley Hall, said: “It’s been fantastic working alongside the team at Community Ventures over the past four years and we are delighted that this relationship is set to continue through the extension of our place on their supply chain framework.

“Over recent years, we’ve grown rapidly across Yorkshire and establishing partnerships with forward-thinking, like-minded organisations such as Community Ventures will be key to helping us continue growing our presence in the county as we look to the future.”
