GRAPH Strategy advises on tech consultancy investment
GRAPH Strategy, the London and Washington DC-based strategy consultancy is delighted to have advised on the investment into 101 Ways by Growth Capital Partners (GCP).
Founded by chairman Kelly Waters in 2013 and led by chief executive Zane Gambasin, 101 Ways is a high growth technology consultancy with capabilities and skills in cloud, DevOps, data, web and mobile applications. The company supports clients including M&S, BBC and Hargreaves Lansdown in product and technology-led transformation programmes.
GRAPH’s team on the transaction was led by James Tetherton (senior partner) and Matt Harrison (manager). GRAPH’s work on this deal extends their strong track record in the digital transformation sector, having previously advised on deals including businesses focused on systems implementation, data and analytics, cloud migration and cyber security.
