Sarah Nield, Ryan Etchells & Julie Twynholm, Together
Specialist lender Together has announced three promotions to its executive team for Sarah Nield, Ryan Etchells and Julie Twynholm.
Sarah Nield will take on the role of group chief compliance officer. Her key focus will centre on delivering the group’s strategy to become an exemplar in the specialist lending market.
Ryan Etchells has been appointed as chief commercial officer. His remit will be to drive the business’ commercial plan, developing strategies to ensure Together delivers value for all of its stakeholders in a sustainable way.
Julie Twynholm has been promoted to group chief risk officer. Julie’s role will centre on keeping the business safe, collaborating across the business to navigate Together safely through the challenging macroeconomic environment and our transformation and modernisation.

Chris Box, R&Co Communications
An award-winning full-service marketing and communications agency in Leamington Spa has kickstarted 2023 with the appointment of a new account manager.
Chris Box, has who has extensive agency-side experience, will be working across a variety of B2B and B2C accounts at R&Co Communications, which has offices in Leamington Spa and Birmingham, and last year scooped a top industry award for its work.
Chris said: “R&Co has an enviable reputation as an award-winning communications firm which holds longstanding relationships with its clients across various sectors. “I’m delighted to be joining the ever-expanding team, while working closely with clients who have come to trust R&Co to deliver what they promise.”
The start of 2023 marks an exciting time for R&Co Communications as it consolidates on recent new business growth while also looking to expand its industry-leading marketing services to other businesses in the UK and Europe.

Sophie Bevan, Liverpool City Council
Sophie, currently senior investment manager at Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, will begin the new role on 1st May. Sophie Bevan has an impressive track record in place-based management, development and investment, coupled with a strong commercial perspective and a genuine passion for the city’s future.
Born and bred in Liverpool and the Wirral, Sophie gained a Masters in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, before starting her career as a graduate surveyor for Mason Owen.
Her previous roles include Retail and Leisure Director for Allied London, Associate Partner for Knight Frank and Associate Director for Europa Capital Partners.
Mayor of Liverpool, Joanne Anderson said: “Sophie has the vision, passion and dedication to excel in this role. She is an outstanding professional who brings with her more than twenty-five years of investment and development experience in both the public and private sectors.”
