Bravissimo opens new Leamington Spa headquarters
National lingerie and swimwear retailer Bravissimo has officially opened its new headquarters in Leamington Spa with the help of its long-standing legal partner Wright Hassall.
The multi-channel retailer, which employs more than 700 people, has moved staff into 14,500 sq ft of office space at 1 Athena Drive as part of continued investment into the company’s growth.
Wright Hassall helped to secure a 10-year deal to sub-let the office from Co-operative Energy, which vacated the site in May 2019.
Bravissimo has undertaken extensive refurbishment of the site to equip its teams with high-quality, modern offices, which had a phased opening from December 2022.
Leanne Cahill, CEO of Bravissimo, said: “This is an exciting new chapter for our company.
“We have been based in Leamington Spa since 2001 and we are delighted to remain in the place we are proud to call home, at our new Bra HQ.
“I would like to thank Wright Hassall for their continued support and assistance with this move.”
Andrew Jones, a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate team at Wright Hassall, based on Olympus Avenue in Leamington Spa, added: “Wright Hassall has been Bravissimo’s legal partner for almost two decades now, so I’m pleased we have been able to assist with the latest chapter in their story.
“This is a great site in an ideal location to continue their growth.
“It is also fantastic to be supporting a national business which is headquartered in our region. This move demonstrates the strength of Warwickshire and the West Midlands for business, and shows that there is still an appetite for investing in office space in this area.”
Bravissimo was previously based at Imperial Court in Leamington Spa.
It was founded in 1995 and has 25 stores across the UK, and one in the US.
