London regeneration project unveils “luxurious” West End penthouse collection

Developer Galliard Homes has launched a deluxe collection of show penthouse apartments by Olivia Alexandra Interior Design at its “magnificent” new development TCRW SOHO.

The “landmark” residential-led regeneration project fronting onto Oxford Street which offers “luxurious” homes right in the heart of the West End. TCRW SOHO comprises two main buildings which, together, deliver a choice of 81 studio, one, two and three bed apartments and 11 one, two and three-bedroom penthouses.

Olivia Alexandra Interior Design, a London based interior design practice, has curated a collection of show apartments, each an “elegant” home for socialising which optimise space and showcase the lifestyle on offer.

Each building has its own entrance and hotel-style reception foyer, while residents will be serviced by an exceptional concierge service. Following the official sales launch, there has been “very high buyer demand” for the scheme, with the release of the final penthouse collection highly anticipated and just three penthouses now available.

Of the main collection at TCRW Soho, the final 17 apartments remain. The design concept and specification for TCRW SOHO has been devised by “internationally acclaimed” interior designer Nicola Fontanella of Argent Design who has created some of the world’s most exclusive homes in London, Miami, Monaco and New York.

Based around Oxford Street, Regent’s Street and Bond Street, London’s West End is home to over 600 retailers, over 70 restaurants, over 40 theatre/cinema venues and six “world-class” universities. On Oxford Street alone famous brand names include Selfridges, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Hakkasan and Nike Town.

“We incorporated bespoke furniture throughout the apartments which have been designed in-house and manufactured by British makers”.
