Commercial real estate consultant Ryden moves offices in Leeds

Commercial real estate firm Ryden has relocated its office in Leeds to 36 Park Row, a premium flexible workplace situated in the city’s dynamic central business district.

Following a transformational renovation by owner Northspring, the building has been remodelled to create a new sophisticated and professional environment with wellbeing at its core.

Ryden has taken over the rear ground floor suite of the building, which includes 15 suites across seven floors, a business lounge, built-in leisure facilities, access to a high-spec fitness studio, cycle storage and showering and changing facilities.

Park Row’s roof garden also offers a multi-functional terrace providing outdoor space to host informal meetings and staff breaks. With this move, Ryden continues to seek energy efficient space as part of its environmental impact policy and journey to net zero. Park Row fulfils this requirement thanks to features such as LED lighting, PIR throughout, and EV charging.

Matthew Edwards, Ryden’s regional managing partner in Leeds, commented: “We are incredibly excited about this move into Park Row, a high quality working environment where our staff and our business will be supported to thrive.

“Park Row was selected for its modern specifications, health and wellbeing facilities, environmental credentials, and great location. We look forward to welcoming our clients and visitors and to keeping providing the best commercial property advice.”
