The Pop-Up Club brings independent traders to Wandsworth this Easter

London-based retail collective, The Pop-Up Club, is opening an Easter pop-up shop on Saturday, March 25th at Southside Shopping Centre. The pop-up shop will take up residence at the Wandsworth shopping centre for six weeks and will feature more than 30 artists, makers, and small brands.

Founded in 2017 by entrepreneur Tillie Peel, The Pop-Up Club is known for curating engaging and exciting retail experiences and has a strong commitment to supporting small businesses and independent makers. By bringing together such a diverse group of brands, the business provides a platform for emerging talent to showcase their work on the high street and meet shoppers face-to-face.

The company’s Easter pop-up shop is the perfect opportunity for shoppers to find one-of-a-kind gifts for loved ones or to treat themselves to something special.

The pop-up experience will feature items and work from talented London traders including handpicked global treasures from homeware brand Rickus Ra, quirky prints and artwork designs from Nephthys Illustrated, and handcrafted jewellery and accessories from The Golden Grass Company.

The Pop-Up Club founder, Tillie Peel, said: “We’re thrilled to bring together such a talented group of artists and makers to our Easter pop-up shop in Wandsworth and offer Londoners the chance to discover something truly special and unique.

“We believe that independent businesses are the lifeblood of our communities, and we’re proud to support them through our spaces. By shopping at The Pop-Up Club, visitors can feel good knowing that they’re supporting small brands and independent makers.”

The pop-up shop promises to be a vibrant and eclectic celebration of creativity and craftsmanship and will be situated on the ground floor, opposite H&M Kids at Southside Shopping Centre. The store will be open to shoppers from 10am until 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am until 5pm on Sundays.

Pieter Strömbeck, centre director at Southside Shopping Centre, said: “Spring is just around the corner, and we’re excited to welcome The Pop-Up Club to Southside, providing small, sustainable business with a platform to further promote themselves. The innovative store offers a unique marketplace full of independent brands for shoppers to enjoy, and we’re confident it will be a welcome addition for our guests.”

The Easter pop-up shop is the latest in a series of successful retail experiences from The Pop-Up Club as it continues to be a driving force in London’s retail scene. In addition to the unique shopping experience, The Pop-Up Club is planning a series of events and workshops at its Easter pop-up shop.

“We’re excited to offer more than just a shopping experience.” Tillie added. “We want visitors to feel like they’re part of a creative community, and we’re looking forward to hosting a series of fun and engaging events to make that happen.”
