Sunderland based specialist HR recruiter celebrates six years of successful growth

Sunderland based specialist HR recruiter Sarah McKenna HR Recruitment Ltd is celebrating their six-year milestone as they embark on one of their busiest years to date.

2023 has already seen an “incredibly strong” start and the specialist HR recruiter is on target to have the most successful first quarter since the business launched, with the potential to top 2021/2022 which saw the team double turnover.

Investment has included the launch of a new website and a new role created (People Partner) with the perfect match found in Natalie Ball who will bring her extensive skills base to the team to elevate the service offered to all candidates and clients.

Relationships have been “at the heart of the success story” with the pattern of the business model evolving and a higher percentage of clients who are now long-standing customers and repeat business to expand their growing teams.

The team has seen a high influx of recommendations and referrals from their highly engaged social network, with a noticeable increase in new enquiries and introductions through LinkedIn.

With an established base at Hope Street Xchange, founder Sarah McKenna is on a mission to further build the momentum and continue to grow the business and invest in the region and in particular Sunderland further.
