Figflex Launches its largest workspace in London

Leading provider of flexible and co-working office space, FigFlex Offices, has launched its first ever centre in London, bringing 900 workstations to the growing serviced office market. FigFlex London at 18 King William Street is the eighth UK location for the rapidly expanding flexible office provider and its largest centre to-date.

The launch has seen FigFlex become the anchor tenant at FI Real Estate Management’s (FIREM) landmark 18 King William Street, which has recently undergone a major £3m refurbishment programme.

Already almost 70 per cent pre let with a mixture of established SMEs and multinationals, FigFlex has provided a range of bespoke solutions for new occupiers to suit hybrid working models.

Charlie Cudworth, managing director of FigFlex Offices, commented: “The world has moved towards flexible space so the timing couldn’t be better for us to open up our first FigFlex in London. We have specifically designed the space to offer dedicated suites from two desks up to whole floors, catering for everyone from new start-ups to multinationals.

“How businesses consume office space has changed significantly in the last 18 months and we are now offering solutions which meet this need. Our collaborative approach married to flexible agreements provides the best solution for companies seeking to avoid long-term lease commitments and set up costs.”

Formerly named Monument House, 18 King William Street was built in 1983 and is located next to the new Bank Station entrance and Monument tube. The flagship building includes 50,000 sq ft of office space across seven floors, where FigFlex London will offer its trademark mix of serviced offices, meeting rooms and co-working spaces.

Andrew Butler, commercial director at FigFlex Offices, added: “We have experienced an unbelievable level of interest in the lead up to our launch at 18 King William Street and we have already sold over 500 of our desks.

“At 18 King William Street, we are offering our occupiers much more than just flexible space; we have developed a number of bespoke solutions to accommodate the individual needs of our customers, and we believe this is what sets FigFlex apart in the growing flexible and coworking office market.”

FigFlex Offices launched in 2020 to reinvigorate the serviced office sector in the UK through vastly improved levels of customer service, flexibility and business support and high quality office, coworking and hot desking facilities. FigFlex operates sites in Southampton, Coventry, Gloucester, Hull, Swindon, Watford and Peterborough.
