Cambridgeshire’s “fastest growing” town launches new development

Cambridgeshire’s fastest growing town has launched a new development of 29 affordable homes.

Hooper’s Green in the heart of St Neots, near Cambridge, will offer a collection of three-bedroom houses and a two-bedroom apartment in its first release, all through Shared Ownership.

L&Q will deliver the new homes which have been designed to blend with the surrounding area and create an affordable gateway to the vibrant Love’s Farm neighbourhood, which is already home to a new primary school, green spaces, local facilities and a transport interchange.

In addition, all properties at Hooper’s Green are being constructed with pioneering new timber frames, promising residents more efficient homes and significantly lower energy bills.

Hooper’s Green is located close to the Riverside Park and Paxton Pits Nature Reserve in Little Paxton, and ideally situated for commuters, with journeys into London King’s Cross taking less than an hour. By road, the A428 links the town directly to Cambridge which is only just 19 miles away and joins the A14 for visitors.
