Hull recruitment company joins city's newest flexible workspace
Dutton Recruitment is the latest business to join FigFlex at Cherry Tree Court, as local firms continue to take advantage of tailored workspaces at Hull’s latest flexible offices.
Established in Hull 23 years ago, the health and social care arm of the national recruitment company has taken up occupancy at FigFlex to facilitate expansion into new sectors.
FigFlex occupies more than 6,000 sq ft of the ground floor of Cherry Tree Court, the former HMRC building where FI Real Estate Management (FIREM) recently completed a £1.7m refurbishment programme.
The FigFlex office concept was introduced to the city in 2021 in a bid to revolutionise office working for the Hull business community, providing co-working space, communal areas, meeting rooms and virtual offices.
Matt Stephenson, branch manager at Dutton Recruitment, commented: “Moving into the FigFlex offices has been a really exciting venture for our team as we had outgrown our previous office and felt ready for a change of scenery. We’ve been so impressed with FigFlex so far; the team has been really accommodating, ensuring that everything was set up for us when we arrived.
“We’re able to better service our clients in the new office, interviewing candidates and meeting clients in the communal spaces, as well as receiving support and connecting with other tenants. I’m really looking forward to our future at FigFlex and the potential to expand our workspace suited to our changing needs.”
Charlie Cudworth, managing director of FigFlex, said: “Adaptability is key for growth, and businesses require spaces that are tailored exactly to their needs. At FigFlex, our flexible contracts allow businesses like Dutton Recruitment to grow easily and expand their office space to suit their changing needs.”
Gary Finch, centre manager at FigFlex Hull, added: “It’s always a pleasure to welcome new tenants to FigFlex Hull and we look forward to seeing Dutton Recruitment thrive in their new environment. The sense of community here is brilliant and the centre offers a huge support network to everyone involved.”
