Canny Clever IT Service Centres Limited celebrate Two years in Whitley Bay
Canny Clever IT Service Centres Limited (Canny Clever) have now been on the ever-popular Park View, Whitley Bay for two whole years this week and plan to celebrate with a gathering in-store on the evening of Thursday 4th May (5pm-8pm).
Despite a rocky start to the business because of location, closely followed by a global pandemic and now a cost-of-living crisis, the business has continued to grow as opportunities have presented themselves. Canny Clever now employ 9 people, including a recently hired assistant manager.
More recently, Canny Clever have won awards from several organisations, cementing the businesses commitment to excellence in every aspect of the customer relationship. Awards have included “Best IT Retail & Repair Business 2022 - North East”, “Customer Service Excellence Award 2022”, as well as being Winner, Runner Up and Finalist in SIX awards from the leading industry body, Tech for Techs.
Canny Clever have worked over the last two years to engage with the local community, building relationships and helping other local organisations deliver more.
On a more local scale, Canny Clever IT Service Centres is determined to buck the trend in retail and has opened its doors to many new possibilities. There are plans to introduce home entertainment offerings into their retail store, providing a one-stop-shop for anything with a plug to their retail customers. Having this incredible potential right at the heart of how they operate is certain to be a major draw for a business which stands proudly with professional service above all else!
General Manager, Ken Mosley has said “I couldn’t be prouder of our young team, they have excelled in what they do. I would take them all for a celebratory drink, but given that a fair few are under eighteen, it will be milkshakes and fizzy pop all round!”
