Tracy Maraj, Ocean Technologies Group
Ocean Technologies Group (OTG) has appointed Tracy Maraj in a key role as chief people & culture officer (CPCO) to shape and lead OTG’s people strategy.
Tracy will be responsible for leading OTG’s people agenda, developing effective strategies that deliver OTG’s business objectives by ensuring it’s global team of over 450 ‘oceaneers’ to maximise their full potential in a culture that cultivates openness, inclusivity, and diversity.
Tracy brings a breadth and depth of experience across all facets of human resources, hypergrowth, transformation and expansion on a global scale. Prior to joining OTG she has worked in similar roles for Utopia Music, Mews, Native Instruments and Meteogroup.
Tracy has also held senior people leadership roles at Netscape, Salesforce, Cisco Systems, and Intel where she gained extensive experience within the fast paced and high growth technology sector.

Eight senior appointments, Fox Agency
B2B tech marketing specialist Fox Agency has made eight new senior appointments to meet growing demand for its integrated services. The new hires cover key specialisms including client consultancy, strategy, marketing, PR, content, and digital, and will contribute to Fox’s multi-channel, multi-discipline approach, all brought together with a strategic vision.
Fox Agency welcomes Bill Lyne as head of copy, Hollie Denby as head of marketing, Søren Kristensen as client strategy director and head of DACH, Paul Shields as senior strategist, Clare Anderson as PR director, Jo Round as account director, Niamh Hogan as digital project manager and Andre Brites as motion designer.
The experienced new team will further expand the agency’s focus on recruiting senior experts in key specialisms to ensure clients receive the best possible service in a rapidly evolving global B2B tech landscape.

Simon Kaufman, Bowmark Capital
Bowmark Capital has promoted Simon Kaufman to partner. Simon joined the firm in 2016 from KPMG having spent eight years in its transaction services team.
Since joining Bowmark, Simon has played a “key role” in the development of the firm’s managed IT services and software practices and has been involved in a number of investments including Littlefish, Focus Group, ASK4, Tax Systems, Kubrick and The Instant Group.
