Lone Design Club continues to drive growth announcing their latest pop-up store

Lone Design Club, the ‘innovative’ retail concept known for its unique and conscious curation of fashion and lifestyle brands, is excited to announce the opening of its latest pop-up store, The Corner Shop.

Located in the heart of Islington, at Angel Central, The Corner Shop is a conscious curation of fashion and lifestyle brands kicking off the Do Good festival running every day.

The Do Good Festival at Angel Central is a community-focused event that celebrates the steps we are taking towards a more sustainable future. The Corner Shop is a perfect fit for the festival, as it showcases sustainable brands that share LDC’s vision for a more sustainable fashion industry. The store will be open for six weeks, from May 1st to June 12th.

Commenting on the opening of The Corner Shop, LDC’s Founder & CEO, Rebecca Morter, said: “We are thrilled to be bringing our immersive pop-up concept to Angel Islington. It’s an excellent location that provides us with the opportunity to showcase our conscious curation of fashion and lifestyle brands to a wider audience.”

LDC’s commitment to supporting sustainable brands and spreading the word that being green can be for everyone has been a driving force behind its success. The brand’s multiple locations across the UK have helped it to connect with local communities and spread its message of sustainability.

“Our mission is to support sustainable brands and provide a platform for them to showcase their products. We want to make sustainable fashion accessible and inclusive for everyone,” Morter added.

The Corner Store is set to be a must-visit destination for those who want to discover fashion-forward brands and support a more sustainable future. LDC’s partnership with the Do Good festival is a testament to the brand’s commitment to supporting sustainability and making a positive impact on the fashion industry.

Louisa Butters, head of retail asset management at CBRE Investment Management, owners of Angel Central, commented: “Angel Central’s calendar of festivals and events have been geared towards driving support for local people and businesses, and the Do Good Festival is no different. Having LDC as part of this only amplifies our values, as they match our emphasis on promoting independents and sustainable choices.”
