Protecting The Farm On Expert Hay & Kilner Team's Agenda At Free Rural Business Seminar

Ideas on how to protect the assets of farms and rural businesses in challenging times will be on the agenda at a special event later this month.

The specialist rural and agricultural team at North East law firm Hay & Kilner is hosting a free seminar on Wednesday 24 May which will cover a range of different topics relating to live issues faced by the regional farming community.

Managing farm diversification plans in relation to renewable energy projects, mineral rights and telecommunications infrastructure will be in the spotlight, along with advice on how to manage disputes relating to the Basic Payment Scheme.

Specialists from Hay & Kilner’s family law team will also be speaking on the particular issues around asset protection and divorce law in relation to family-owned rural and farm businesses.
