Customer service outsourcer to create Glasgow jobs following new contract win

Kura, a customer service outsourcing business, has announced a new partnership with Scottish Friendly, creating new careers in Glasgow.

One of the oldest mutual life offices in the UK, Scottish Friendly provides a range of life, savings and investment products. Kura will work with the friendly society to provide “industry-leading” call centre outsourcing services to its customers, utilising its extensive expertise in the insurance and financial sector.
