East London hotel announces launch of new “world-class” skyline meetings floor
A new, skyline meetings floor has opened on the 12th floor of Hyatt Regency and Hyatt House London Stratford almost exactly a year to the date after it first opened in 2022.
Located next to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and with access to London City Airport, St Pancras International, London Bridge, London Liverpool Street, Canary Wharf and the O2, the two “world-class” hotels are in high demand by leisure, groups and business travellers seeking “exciting and productive” stays in East London.
The addition of three Kingsland Suites, two Dalton Suites, an Open-Air Terrace and the two Lea Suites bring an additional 4,392 square feet (408 square metres) of flexible working, meetings, and events spaces to E20, a “vibrant” East London hub for culture, business and leisure.
The Lea Suites on the 12th floor can be opened up, or divided into two rooms and feature a decked, open-air terrace with panoramic city views. The two smaller Kingsland Suites can be configured into a one larger suite, or divided for intimate meetings or small breakout rooms, like the two Dalston Suites.
All meeting spaces are fitted with “state-of-the-art” technology including Ultra-bright High-Definition projection, LCD screens, video conferencing and ‘concert-like’ sound systems.
Located on the third floor there is a further 3,758 square feet (349 square metres) of events spaces, including the Stratford Suite, the Bow Suite and the Poplar Suite.
The Stratford Suite is intended for a large-scale event such as an awards dinner or a conference, while the Bow and Poplar Suites offer space for a meeting or private dinner, both benefiting from natural daylight and up to 645 square feet (60 square metres) of space.
In addition to the meeting rooms, the third floor also offers a 538 square feet (150 square metres), furnished, open-air terrace, designed for pre-event drinks, parties and dinners. Three more special areas are also available for private functions; the Elondi Restaurant, Bar and Terrace.
The Elondi Restaurant serves locally sourced, and a seasonal East London inspired menu. It opens out onto the Elondi Terrace; a 538 square foot (150 square metre) all-weather, al-fresco spot. Decked out with modern furniture and plants, the Elondi Terrace aims to be an “idyllic all-year proof, outdoor oasis for many fabulous occasions”.
