Yorkshire recruitment firm continue to grow and move into bigger premises
KD Recruitment, one of Yorkshire’s leading recruitment companies, has gone through a steady period of growth over the last 18 months as they’ve emerged out of the pandemic. They are now the leading recruitment and resourcing business across the Yorkshire Coast.
After bringing on new staff at the beginning of this year, they have now moved into a larger premises in the prestigious location of Falsgrave Road in Scarborough. KD Recruitment’s founder and managing director, Kelly Dunn said: “Having started the business in 2017 from my home, I always had plans to take on my own building in the future.
“I initially moved into the Woodend Creative Centre in Scarborough in 2018 and have enjoyed a number of successful years there growing the team steadily, but my plans were halted by the pandemic hitting in 2020, however, the team have worked so hard over the last 18 months and we have seen a lot of success right across the region, so the time came for us to take on that next big step.”
Kelly added: “There are so many exciting projects going on in Scarborough at the moment, the time is right for businesses to think about their growth and I decided back in 2021 that KD Recruitment was going to forge ahead with our plans to recruit a bigger team and move into a bigger premises.”
This move sees the team at KD Recruitment able to service the whole of North and East Yorkshire with a customer fronted office and a number of meeting rooms.
Kelly added “We needed a bigger base as we all work my agile now and when we are all together, I wanted a cohesive and inspiring office where we can support each other and deliver the best service to all of our clients and candidates”
