Compliant supports telecoms provider to gain ISO standards

Newcastle based global telecoms provider, LM Global, have gained UKAS accredited ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001 & 27001 after receiving support from ISO consultants, Compliant.

The business are specialists in providing communications and business systems to SME, mid-market, enterprise and public sector organisations, their services allow organisations to work anywhere productively and securely.

Compliant, who are based in Sunderland and were launched in 2017, provide expert consultancy services to businesses across the UK and have experienced rapid growth in the last two years. As ISO standards are becoming an increasingly necessary requirement, the team ensure the process is as smooth as possible with a minimum amount of disruption to their clients.

Taking processes and procedures seriously, LM Global initially approached Compliant in 2022 as they looked to further grow their business and create a fully integrated management system. Corporate account director, Gary Luther, was keen to work with a local business on the project, commenting, ’It was important for us to work with someone who had extensive knowledge of ISO, we wanted to demonstrate to our clients that we have robust frameworks in place therefore following a recommendation, we contacted Compliant and after speaking to the team, we started the process.

We were keen to gain a UKAS accredited certification that represented our offering on a global scale and having the four standards which include quality, environmental, health & safety and information security was a great option for us. Following our successful certification, we’re looking forward to embedding the standards within the business and further growing our client base and service offering.’
