New team appointed to spearhead award-winning Kidderminster restaurant
A new team has been appointed to spearhead a Kidderminster hotel’s award-winning restaurant.
Maura McGoldrick has joined Brockencote Hall Hotel as Restaurant Manager at The Chaddesley alongside Luke Cresswell as new Assistant Restaurant Manager.
McGoldrick brings more than 10 years of experience in the industry and arrives after spending several years at properties in the local area, while Creswell joins from a background in hotels and restaurants.
Their arrivals come at an exciting time for the restaurant as it launches a new lounge menu which offers relaxed dining over the summer, including new sharing boards.
The Chaddesley holds 3 AA Rosettes and offers award-winning fine dining, sourcing local produce including from its own Kitchen Gardens to create contemporary dishes on its seasonal menus.
General Manager Jack Hartshorne said: “It’s fantastic to welcome Maura and Luke to help drive the continued high standards of service at The Chaddesley that diners have come to enjoy.
“This time of the year is always a busy period for us as we move towards the summer months and dining on the terrace, so it’s the perfect time to introduce changes to our menus too.”
The Chaddesley is based at Brockencote Hall Hotel in Chaddesley Corbett, Kidderminster, and is part of The Eden Hotel Collection, a group of award-winning luxury hotels in the UK.
Led by former sous chef turned head chef Tim Jenkins, from Kidderminster, The Chaddesley offers a seasonal lunch and dinner menu, as well as a six or nine-course tasting menu.
As well as 21 luxurious bedrooms in the main house with views of its 70 acres of parkland, Brockencote Hall Hotel also offers a recently-opened three-bedroom Lodge.
