Durham's 'most successful business parks' welcomes new occupiers

Northeast Commercial Limited, a North East based property company, is pleased to announce several lettings at one of Durham’s most successful business parks, welcoming six new occupiers to the estate.

Situated to the east of Peterlee, the refurbishment at Traynor Business Park has seen a positive reaction from the market in response to the pent-up demand for quality, amenity rich out of town offices.

The park comprises three separate office buildings known as Traynor North, Traynor Hub and Traynor House. New tenants to the estate include Everflow Utilities who have taken 29,000 sq ft at Traynor Hub and Connect Power and Gas, Sensory Worx, Asbestos Audit, TOX 247 and Phoenix 2 Retail who have taken 15,000 sq ft collectively in the park.

Andrew Rothwell, managing director at Northeast Commercial Limited, said “We have been really taken aback by the interest shown across multiple sectors who have chosen to re-locate to our business park. We have taken a hands-on approach with every tenant by helping to provide bespoke fit out solutions, in line with their property needs.

The owners have done several fit outs across the three buildings and are happy to take the stress and burden away from occupiers.
