**Manuela Castelli, Prospect House
A care home in Goole, Yorkshire that caters for adults with learning disabilities has appointed a new manager to lead the provision of its high quality, highly personalised care services.
Manuela Castelli has been appointed to the manager role at Prospect House and brings with her a wealth of experience in the care sector which spans 17 years. Before joining HICA Group she worked for Camelot Care Dementia Nursing Homes. Her commitment to personalised care, strong leadership skills, and empathetic approach complement the existing team at the home.
Prospect House, which is owned and managed by not for profit organisation HICA Group, is renowned for its person-centered approach and outstanding care services. Located in the heart of Goole, the facility offers a warm and welcoming environment for adults living with learning disabilities and strives to ensure that each resident enjoys a comfortable and fulfilling life.

**James Black, North Residential
Yorkshire estate agency, North Residential has announced a further coup through recruiting another high achieving expert in its growing team as it continues to pursue rapid expansion across Yorkshire.
James Black has joined the Harrogate based practice as a consultant focusing on prestige properties. The former professional rugby player is already well known as a highly experienced property consultant across Yorkshire
The announcement follows just weeks after the recent appointment of Liz Dennsion, another highly experienced and well-regarded property advisor who was enticed by the new dynamic offered at North Residential after it became independent from national chain, Knight Frank.
Harlan Pollitt, a founding director at North Residential, said, “We are delighted to bring James on board at North Residential. His track record is formidable, and he is undoubtedly a major asset for the business as we continue our drive to expand across Yorkshire and beyond.”
**Rob Smedley, Freeths
National law firm Freeths has appointed Rob Smedley as Employment Director in Leeds. He joins from Eversheds Sutherland.
Well regarded for his people focused, down to earth approach, helping clients to navigate an increasingly complex area of law, Rob has more than 15 years’ experience on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
Working for clients both nationally and internationally, he advises high profile clients on tribunal litigation, business reorganisations and transactions, cross border work, as well as full advisory support.

**Kavita Hussain, Best Solicitors
Sheffield headquartered Best Solicitors has grown its family team with the addition of a newly qualified child care solicitor. Kavita Hussain joins the now 11 strong team from UnionLine Solicitors offering nine years legal experience. Her role will support the firm’s child care service representing parents when child proceedings are involved.
