North London shopping destination announces launch of “foodies paradise”
The Bridge, a “fabulous” new food area, launched at The Mall Wood Green on June 16. Featuring cuisines from around the globe, the venue aims to provide “something for every taste, all in one place”.
Located on the first floor near Cineworld, The Bridge includes four different eateries and a large seating area. Moodog, already a firm favourite with shopping centre regulars, has moved into The Bridge and is fuelling guests with homemade paninis, hot dogs, sandwiches, toasties, hot drinks, milkshakes, ice creams and doughnuts.
Sitting alongside Moodog is Indian street food specialist, Apna Adda. On its menu, there are a selection of classic Indian starters such as onion bhajis and chilli paneer, mains including biryanis and fragrant curries and a tempting range of kulfis for those that fancy a sweet treat.
Noodle lovers can sample the newly established Bowl at The Bridge, which offers a “vibrant” choice of South-East Asian dishes such as beef rendang, spring rolls and various noodle dishes.
For those seeking a healthy salad or wrap, #Falafel & Shawarma is “the place to be”. As well as halloumi wraps, salad boxes and classic shawarma dishes, there’s falafel, Fattoush, baba ganoush and a range of Middle Eastern desserts.
Marketing manager, Catriona Baillie, commented: “We’re thrilled that our epic new foodies paradise has opened its doors to the public. We’re only a few weeks in and already the feedback has been incredibly positive, with guests loving the choice and quality of cuisines and the laid back vibe.”
