Boutique co-working space announces opening in “iconic” East London location
FOUNDRY, the boutique co-working space, has announced the opening of a third workspace in Walthamstow, East London.
Inspired by the area’s “rich history of innovators” including William Morris and Frederick Bremer, the “unique” space will provide a base for local creatives, startups and established businesses.
Opening its doors this Autumn, the 15,000 sq ft co-working space will give ‘work-from-homers’ and business owners access to space to connect, collaborate and grow. Offering several different membership options, FOUNDRY is designed to help members do their best work.
The ‘Coworking Lounge’ membership will give members access to FOUNDRY’s boutique lounge featuring hot desking spaces, private phone booths and meeting rooms.
The ‘Dedicated Desk’ membership will provide workers access to a designated desk, and a limited number of private offices. All memberships encourage members to host events, network and invite guests to enjoy the space and bounce ideas around.
The boutique space boasts a wide range of additional amenities including sound proof booths and a tropical themed terrace overlooking the iconic Wetlands.
The “beautifully designed” outdoor space will transform into a cocktail bar at the end of the working day and over the weekends, giving members another reason to enjoy the space. The FOUNDRY is also dog friendly, helping to make dog owners’ lives much easier.
On the ground floor, FOUNDRY will offer four spaces for local health and beauty businesses to set up shop, making it the ideal base to expand and meet new customers.
Adam Walker, FOUNDRY co-founder commented: “I am delighted to be back in Walthamstow, working with a great team and immersing myself into the local business community.
“FOUNDRY Walthamstow will be the best place to work and meet friends for a cocktail and nibbles with stunning views. Keep your eyes peeled for the launch date, coming soon.”
