London based boutique prime property developer celebrates eight-figure growth
Boutique prime property development company, VOZA Developments, is celebrating a period of significant company and pipeline growth.
Since inception three years ago, VOZA has expanded its project GDV from £3m to £32.5m across both investment and client projects in central London.
This growth can be attributed to VOZA’s strategy of building a strong inhouse team, that includes a dedicated construction management division, which is currently delivering over £7m of construction value across four projects.
A significant multi-unit project is currently under construction, which will see VOZA deliver its first sizable development in prime London, however, founders Alex Pope and Felix Langlois are eyeing further expansion, with the potential support of an investment partner.
This partnership would support the company’s ambitions to source and deliver more development schemes in the heart of the city.
Felix Langlois, director at VOZA, commented: “It has been a period of significant growth for VOZA in a relatively short period of time, however, this has been built on the back of delivering fantastic projects that have achieved strong results.
“Most of our investment partners have reinvested their profits into the next scheme, which has allowed us to enhance our overall offering and capacity.
“The business is in a strong position and we have a healthy pipeline. We are now well established to secure and deliver larger projects and we feel it is the right time to find a partner that can work with us to take this exciting next step.”
Alex Pope, director at VOZA, added: “This is an exciting period for VOZA. We have assembled an incredibly strong internal team that has multi-disciplinary expertise to effectively deliver larger and more interesting schemes.
“Which is why now feels like the right time for us to find an investment partner who shares our vision and passion for the work we deliver. Our ambition is to cement our position as a highly respected boutique developer in prime central London and with the right partner onboard we’re confident we can achieve that and then push on even further.”
Along with the new construction division, VOZA’s recent success has been underpinned by bolstering the design team, with two new team members joining the business. Emilie Quesne has joined as interiors associate having previously worked at Waldo Works and Michaelis Boyd, whilst Alfie Hope joins as a design associate from Kohn Pedersen Fix.
