Yorkshire culinary expert brings “world-class” luxury food to UK with new venture
A Yorkshire based luxury food and drink specialist has launched in the UK that’s designed to bring “gastronomic masterpieces” from the heart of Europe to British tables.
The Luxury Food Collective, which was founded by culinary expert, Peter Ahye, curates the best products from small, independent producers from across the continent and delivers them to new audiences in the UK.
The venture was born from a “passion for exquisite food and drink” that explored the culinary experience as an art-form instead of just a necessity.
The online store will offer food lovers a selection of food and drink options such as champagne, chocolate, sea food, charcuterie and cheeses, all of which has been gathered using ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.
Peter Ahye, founder of The Luxury Food Collective, commented: “We are incredibly passionate about food and have spent many years travelling around the UK and Europe, sourcing some of the most exclusive products, with an aim of sharing these incredible producers and their culinary delights.
“At The Luxury Food Collective, we strive to create those genuine connections between consumers and producers, and with every product we aim to transport you to the heart of Europe. We are dedicated to a sustainable and ethical approach in our offering, and we achieve this by working closely with our producers to attain this.
“We are excited to be able to bring incredible products to the UK market along with our commitment to a better future for both lovers of food and the planet.”
