Maja Dobrowolska & Tuba Shamim, Frame
Frame, the West-Yorkshire based technology and data science business has added to its Consultancy team after appointing two new data scientists. The firm’s Consultancy arm helps companies leverage AI to drive growth via a range of core services including computer vision and generative AI, price modelling and forecasting, customer behaviour analysis, custom LLMs and AI training.
The first new starter is Maja Dobrowolska. Maja has just graduated from Leeds Beckett University after completing a BEng (Hons) in Robotics and Automation Engineering. Her new role will see her conduct data analysis and develop predictive models using Python whilst maintaining databases. She will also produce technical documentation for client projects.
Maja is joined by Tuba Shamim. Tuba’s key responsibilities will be centred around data collection and analysis as well as developing, maintaining and monitoring models. This will include applying machine learning techniques to develop forecasting models and monitoring their ongoing performance.

Armarni Lane, Lucy Askew & Sarah MacLeod, Wolfenden
Leeds-based search marketing agency, Wolfenden, has bolstered its senior team with a trio of hires from fellow Yorkshire agencies including Rise at Seven and Boutique, in-line with the agency’s focus on a more strategic marketing offering.
Armarni Lane joins the agency as Digital PR manager, bringing a wealth of experience from growing the Digital PR offering at Clicky Media and leading on key accounts at Rise at Seven including Nasty Gal and Chill Insurance.
As Digital PR manager at Wolfenden, Lane will be responsible for ensuring the strategic success of the agency’s day-to-day Digital PR output. Lane commented: “With some exciting new business in the pipeline, this feels like the perfect time to be joining Wolfenden.”
The agency has also welcomed Lucy Askew as Senior Digital PR account manager, who joins from in-house Digital PR and SEO roles at Aira and Hillary’s Blinds; and Sarah MacLeod as senior account manager following paid and organic search account management roles at various agencies, most recently Boutique.
Trudie Naismith, Jorvik Tricycles
Jorvik Tricycles, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of adult tricycles, has brought in Trudie Naismith in a new role as senior operations manager to support the business following sustained growth over the last nine years.
Trudie comes to the business from leading supermarket retailer Morrisons where she established herself in the Business Development team. She will be helping to facilitate the growth of the business in her role, including developing relationships with stockists and retailers to expand B2B sales and build in-store presence for the brand across the UK.
This new hire brings the total number of the Jorvik Tricycles team to six full-time employees. The business also recently announced the development of a new and immersive York showroom with a six-figure sum invested in the new space.

With customers at the heart of everything and a unique product, this business model is something I’m very passionate about and I can’t wait to get stuck in and join the team!’
