New showhomes open at Bellway London's Harbour Village in Northfleet
Bellway London has unveiled two showhomes at its Harbour Village development in Northfleet, which forms part of the wider Ebbsfleet Garden City scheme. The three-bedroom Lymington and Falmouth housetypes were opened to the public at the development, off College Road, on Saturday 29 July.

Work continues to progress well on the first phase of 121 homes at the site, with the first eight homes recently handed over to the first new residents. Bellway London is also close to opening Chimney View Park, the first public open space at Harbour Village.
Ed Brading, acting head of sales for Bellway London, said: “It was great to see so many people in attendance at the launch of the Lymington and Falmouth showhomes.
“These two houses are both ideal for families and couples alike, with the possibility of transforming a bedroom into office space for those working from home. The opening of showhomes in these designs allows prospective buyers to visualise what life in a Bellway London house could be like.
“We were also pleased to welcome representatives from Ebbsfleet Development Corporation. The transformation of this site is a particularly exciting project to follow, as this previously disused brownfield site evolves into an attractive community on the Kent Thames riverside.”
Paul Abrahams, director of infrastructure and enabling works at Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, said: “It was great to attend and be shown around the first phase of Bellway’s Harbour Village development. We’re pleased at Bellways commitment to deliver high-quality, well-designed homes and look forward to the remaining site being constructed.”
Bellway London plans to deliver more than 500 new homes overall on the Harbour Village site. In July, Ebbsfleet Development Corporation’s planning committee approved plans for 130 homes which will form the second phase of the development. The wider Ebbsfleet Garden City project is planned to provide around 15,000 homes, parks, open spaces, shops, offices and commercial space.
