Manor Walks Shopping & Leisure announces a multitude of successful new tenants and lease renewals
Manor Walks Shopping & Leisure is pleased to announce the successful series of lettings for the shopping centre based in Cramlington, Northumberland. The result is a testament to the centres continued commitment to providing an exceptional shopping experience for its customers.
Year to date there have been 11 new tenants join the scheme including Boyes, B&M, Burger King, Loungers and Trespass in addition to 15 of the centre’s current retailers renewing their lease.
The decision from retailers was driven by an array of factors, including the prime location and footfall of the centre with over 7million visitors a year. The centre also offers a diverse range of retail and leisure options plus a vibrant atmosphere making it an ideal choice for both shoppers and businesses alike.
The shopping centre and adjoining retail park has over 100 units and is anchored by Asda and Sainsburys. Other brands include JD Sports, Superdrug, New Look, B&M, TK Maxx and M&S Foodhall. The centre also boasts Vue cinema and a range of family friendly eateries including Nando’s, Sambuca and Burger King.
The centre currently has a 94% occupancy rate within the shopping centre and 100% occupancy rate within the retail park.
Lee Farrier, Head of Commercial & Workspace at Advance Northumberland said “The high amount of lease renewals by our tenants demonstrates how popular Manor Walks and the adjoining Westmorland Retail Park are and it’s positive that businesses want to continue trading here in the current retail market.”
“The new lettings are a major boost for our loyal customers, with the incoming retail and leisure uses bringing a diverse experience for our visitors that will both complement and enhance the current provision of shops and services on site.”
“Manor Walks has long been a valued destination for our loyal customers and Advance Northumberland as the landlord is excited to reaffirm its presence as a thriving retail hub for the area.”
