Newcastle quayside apartments "take city living to a new level of luxury"

North East estate agency Urban BASE is celebrating after being appointed to promote a “prestigious”, new luxury residential development in Newcastle.

The agent was recently appointed by Adderstone Group to help launch and market Hanover Point, Clavering Place, overlooking Newcastle’s Quayside and near to the newly regenerated Stephenson Quarter. The development features 10 bespoke apartments, across eight levels and situated within a gated, landscaped courtyard.

Jan Dale, director at Urban BASE, commented: “Hanover Point is a stunning collection of incredible loft apartments in the heart of the city on the banks of the Tyne. Quite simply the absolute best architecture with the very best views in a great city.

“Due to their unique location, close to main transport hubs, and the overall high-quality design, interest from investors and business executives is strong. These apartments take city living to a new level of luxury.”

Hanover Point is the latest in a strong pipeline of business wins for Urban BASE to market and sell new homes developments across the region. Most recently the agent was appointed by Banks Group to help launch its new dedicated regional housebuilding company.

Banks Homes is set to start work later this year on nine luxury homes in the centre of the “prestigious” Mount Oswald development.

The new development will include four four-bedroom and four five-bedroom houses along with a “super-luxury” six-bedroom property, which will be accessed directly from South Road via the 19th century gate houses at the entrance to the Mount Oswald estate, which will also be renovated as part of the project.

This appointment for Urban BASE follows the agent’s success with establishing Chapter Homes for Durham County Council along with Centaurea Homes for South Tyneside Council. Elsewhere, Urban BASE is supporting award nominated Forric Homes building quality bespoke homes in beautiful village locations.

The agent is working in Jesmond with Oakapple Homes, and in the “fashionable” Ouseburn area of Newcastle with national developer PfP igloo, a relationship that has existed since the developer started investing in the North East in 2014.

Jan added: “We’re enjoying an incredibly busy period from our offices in Durham and Newcastle. The new homes market remains buoyant and demand for high-quality new homes in good locations is strong across the region.”
