Tech community prepares for next Silicon Yorkshire lunch

Silicon Yorkshire, the fastest growing tech community in the North, will host its third business lunch of the year when members come together at Bibis in Leeds on Thursday 7 September from 12pm – 3.30pm.

Sponsored by Blue Tree Consulting, the business committed to helping leaders, HR and organisations to thrive and grow and Superscript, the insurance company taking the complexity out of policies, the lunch is expected to attract more than 200 professionals from the tech, digital and IT community.

Following the success of the previous business lunches, guests will receive a complimentary drink on arrival, followed by a two-course lunch. In addition, there will be an insightful speech from Founder of Blue Tree Consulting, Phil Marsland.

Board director of Silicon Yorkshire, Gareth Huxall, comments: “From previous experience, we know that the Business Lunches are extremely popular with our members. They are a great way to come together in a relaxed setting and to meet with other professionals from the tech, digital and IT sector.

“What better way to meet with people than over a delicious two-course meal with drinks. It’s the perfect example of what a working lunch should be all about! We are all very much looking forward to it and to showcasing once again how working collaboratively leads to better business for us all.

“Having delivered two business lunches earlier this year, we know that they are over-subscribed, so we would encourage anyone that would like to come along to book early and avoid disappointment.”

Sponsorship packages are available for the Business Lunch giving organisations the opportunity to build a closer association with the group and the chance to benefit from the network it is cultivating.

Attracting 3,000 pre-registrations before launch, Silicon Yorkshire brings together leading executives from the tech sector, along with innovative start-up and scale-up digital businesses, based throughout Yorkshire and beyond.
