jump! innovation appoints Natalia Walters as new Innovation Director
Leading independent strategy and innovation agency, jump! innovation has appointed Natalia Walters as Innovation Director. Joining at a time of international growth, Walters will work across global brands in FMCG, travel and tourism, alcohol, fashion, entertainment and technology.
As part of the Group Leadership Team she will help jump! innovation fulfil its promise of helping clients ‘win tomorrow’ by creating breakthrough, magnetic ideas, products, services and brand and business models that explore the intersection of emerging human needs, commercial vision and creative freedom.
She will report into Lee Geraghty, Partner and Head of Market UK at jump! innovation and will be based in jump!’s London office.
Joining from design and innovation company Magnetic, Walters has extensive experience leading teams working across a range of brands spanning multiple sectors including Mars, TUI, Marriott, Bupa, Cancer Research UK, NH Hotel Group and BP.
