Payroll executive joins growing Newcastle accountancy firm

An accountancy company in Newcastle has welcomed a new member of its team as it plans to grow. Concept Accountancy has appointed Chelsea Harvey as a Payroll Executive to its payroll department to help clients who require those services. Chelsea, who has worked in payroll departments for small and large businesses, said she was excited to join company, which is based on Newcastle Business Park. She said: “While I’ve worked for some time in payroll, I’ve never worked in an accountancy environment. That was what really piqued my interest. “It is such a lovely team and it’s a lovely atmosphere in the office. Everyone has been very supportive. I have introduced myself to all the clients I’m working with and they are all really nice people.” Managing Director and Founder of Concept Accountancy, Mark Melville, said he was delighted to welcome Chelsea to the company. “Our transparent approach to accountancy means we are attracting more clients. As the number increases, we need to appoint people to help that growth. “We are a modern, forward-thinking practice and Chelsea matched that ethos really well. I am delighted that she is part of the team and will help us as we look to future growth.”
