Emily commented: “Clu is revolutionising the way employers engage with diverse talent; using unparalleled data to drive changes to hiring process, empower skills-based talent matching and accelerate social mobility for marginalised groups.

Rashida added: “I was truly inspired by Clu’s commitment to inclusivity and eliminating bias, creating diverse and inclusive workplaces and driving positive change in the recruitment industry. I am excited to work with an innovative platform prioritising candidate experience, corporate retention, and meaningful employer partnerships.”

(L - R): Jonathan Wheatcroft and Victoria Kisseleva - FRP

Specialist business advisory firm FRP has announced the appointment of two new partners to its London City and West End teams. Victoria Kisseleva joins the firm’s West End office as a partner in its Corporate Finance team after a 20-year career in international finance, private equity and investment banking.

Victoria has a particular specialism in the beauty and wellness industry, most recently as an independent consultant providing strategic advice to private equity, venture funds and independent companies, and will be working to help expand FRP Corporate Finance’s footprint in the sector.

Jonathan Wheatcroft joins the firm’s London City office as a partner in its forensic services team, bringing 20 years’ experience, having worked on high-profile and sensitive fraud, bribery and financial crime projects, across multiple jurisdictions.

He joins from PwC, where he was a forensic accountant and investigations specialist working closely with clients and their legal advisers to develop and deliver investigation strategies, as well as advising on their anti-bribery programmes and wider fraud risk management.

Jeremy French, chief operating officer at FRP, commented: “These latest appointments highlight our ability to attract some of our respective industries’ best and brightest, as we work to expand our offering and enhance our teams in London and across the country.

“We continue to invest in our people to support our ongoing growth and deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients - helping them make their strategic ambitions a reality, while creating opportunities for our colleagues to progress and build successful careers.”

Filippo Gramigna - Onetag

Onetag, the global independent programmatic platform, today announces the appointment of Filippo Gramigna as chief operating officer (COO) to front the company’s international commercial growth.

As Onetag’s COO, Filippo will utilise his expertise across various areas such as business development, partnerships and marketing to lead the company’s entire commercial operations, encompassing demand and supply sales and customer success, as well as marketing and partnerships.

He brings with him significant business acumen, a focus on value creation and the methodological approach needed to support the business through its international expansion.

Filippo joins Onetag with more than 20 years of global, multidisciplinary experience in digital media, programmatic advertising and data management. Lately, he held senior leadership positions at Audiencerate, Lenovo, Adform and Widespace (now part of Azerion).

Filippo commented: “I’m super excited to support Onetag through its scale-up phase. Growth doesn’t always necessitate monumental leaps; sometimes, it results from continuous small enhancements to products and services. On other occasions, it stems from strategic partnerships with companies possessing the components to elevate your technology.

“At times, it entails simplifying what has historically been complex and painful. Our guiding principle should consistently revolve around resolving genuine customer challenges. To achieve this, I advocate a culture of swift action, disciplined work methods, innovation in all its facets, and a strong commitment to consistent delivery.”
