Newcastle and Manchester based growth agency celebrates latest ‘milestone’

Founded in 2003, Revolution has grown from a North East startup to serving global industry leaders across multiple sectors.

Revolution, a Revenue Growth Specialist, has announced its 20th anniversary of accelerating clients’ growth through impactful digital transformation and demand generation solutions.

The company’s foundations were laid by Gill Burgess, founder and head of people. Her ‘relentless drive’, combined with a vision to diversify and adapt, paved the way for the company’s evolution from a traditional marketing agency into the ‘dynamic’ growth agency it is today.

Gill Burgess remarked: “When I founded Revolution, it was with the belief that we could reshape the narrative of marketing and PR. Witnessing our evolution and the success stories we’ve been a part of has been both humbling and invigorating. Here’s to many more years of growth and innovation!”

The celebration of Revolution’s 20th anniversary commenced last Thursday, 21 September, with the team gathering at the Gateshead office before heading to Manchester. The day was filled with team-building activities and Oktoberfest celebrations.

The following day, Friday, 22 September, was given as a holiday to the company, allowing the team to fully immerse in and enjoy the festivities.

Stepping into its third decade, Revolution aims to expand into new markets and launch products to help transform its clients’ businesses. Through its commitment to unlocking growth blockers and embedding highly effective digital transformation and demand generation strategies, it is clear that Revolution has no plans to slow the pace.
