Roann Limited on track to secure £240,000 of kitchen worktop upgrades in latest projects

Wakefield-based granite and quartz worktop supplier, Roann Limited, is on track to secure £240,000 worth of kitchen worktop upgrades alone in its latest projects with two national house builders.

The new build developments by Bellway and its sister brand, Ashberry Homes, are situated in nine sites across Yorkshire, including Amblers Grange, Pocklington and Clifford Garden, Skipton.

Each home on the developments is equipped with high-quality fixtures and fittings as standard. However, house buyers are given the opportunity to enhance their living experience by opting for upgraded versions, choosing from a range of options and finishes, allowing them to personalise their new home.

Roann Limited was chosen as suppliers for the upgraded quartz worktop options for the second year running. Over 850 homes were offered the worktop and 110 homes are expected to accept the upgrade, equating to an average of £2,181 per property.

Quartz, as an affordable counterpart to granite and marble, is a versatile material which is available in many designs and finishes. It also requires minimal maintenance and has heat-resistant and antibacterial properties.

Enhancing both aesthetics and functionality in the kitchen, the upgraded worktops are a worthwhile investment, elevating the properties and in turn, increasing the value.

Having only secured 73 upgrades in similar projects in 2022, this achievement is testament to the demands of today’s discerning home buyers, who prioritise timeless, high-quality design that will truly stand the test of time.
