BAM Construction Training builds Associate Partnership with Reading FC
BAM Construction Training has announced it is using its role as a Reading FC Associate Partner to penetrate new markets and support local businesses. In an agreement brokered by sports rights specialist, Eleven Sports Media, the construction plant training provider is using the platform to engage with Reading’s fans throughout the whole matchday journey.
The BAM brand is being promoted via digital displays set up all over the Select Car Leasing Stadium and through Eleven Sports Media’s award-winning fan engagement platforms. The training provider’s logo is visible on screens mounted across the concourse and hospitality areas to engage spectators as soon as they arrive, using Eleven Sports Media’s award-winning StadiumTV and StatTV, a dedicated club channel for fans. The company’s message is also displayed on the Pitch-Facing LED and Mid-Tier ribbon within the stadium bowl to maximise impact inside the 24,000-seat stadium and on television at home.
The deal allows BAM to expand the reach of its brand outside of the Southeast region through Reading’s social media outlets. Its logo is positioned alongside ‘StatZone’ social media material, which combines posts with visuals from the club’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts.
As a Reading FC Associate Partner, BAM also attends VIP, invitation-only networking events, which give like-minded companies a chance to support one another’s growth. By leveraging its Associate Partnership status, the construction plant training provider aims to establish credibility, present employment opportunities, and outperform its competition.
BAM consists of a network of educators with more than 35 years of industry experience. Having invested heavily in its facilities and machinery, the company has a reputation for offering top-notch plant training, taking all users’ needs into consideration, and offering learners the best opportunity to pass their tests. It provides a selection of job cards, supervisory and management NVQs, and certifications.
Based in the Southeast, BAM provide safety critical training to the construction industry and all associated sectors. It offers site-based training across most of the UK, with instructors from Manchester to Torquay, and accommodation packages.
