Steve Rawlingson Launches ‘Unlock Your Mindset’ Self-Development Podcast

Founder and Group CEO of Samuel Knight International has launched a podcast series with guests from the business world speaking about growth mindset and how to maintain drive and resilience.

The founder of one of the North East’s most successful global businesses has created a series of episodes, where he will explore the intricacies of mastering one’s mindset and leveraging it as a powerful tool for achieving ambitions.

Steve Rawlingson, who scaled Samuel Knight International into a multi-million pound business operating in offices worldwide, including the UK and the USA in 10 years, will talk with highly inspirational and influential people from various backgrounds, offering invaluable insights into the challenges posed by issues such as mental struggles and cover effective strategies to conquer them.

Using his concept of the four quotients of success – a unique framework designed to decode the secrets of successful leaders and entrepreneurs – Steve decodes purpose, delves into growth mindset and uncovers the common threads and stories behind the pound-signs.
