Richard Collins - The Pollen Estate

The Pollen Estate has announced the appointment of Richard Collins as Chief Operating Officer. Richard’s appointment confirms The Pollen Estate’s commitment to its longstanding stewardship of 400 years in Mayfair, which includes Savile Row and Cork Street.

Richard most recently was a partner at QSix LLP, where he was the Chief Operating Officer of the specialist real estate asset manager for four years. Prior to that Richard was the Chief Operating Officer and a partner at Europa Capital where he helped to grow the business and its product offerings.

He will transition into the role currently held by Greg Cooper, who is stepping down so he can spend more time in Edinburgh.

Richard commented: “I am delighted to be joining the Pollen Estate and to be able to bring my experience to help the Estate at this exciting time in its history.”

Aidan McMahon - Rockwell

Multi-use property developer Rockwell has announced the appointment of Aidan McMahon as the company’s Head of Sales. Within his new role, Aidan will lead the Rockwell team on shaping and implementing its sales strategy for its ongoing and future developments across London and around the rest of the UK.

Aidan joins Rockwell from global real estate consultancy and estate agency, Knight Frank LLP, and brings over 16 years’ sales experience to Rockwell, having managed over £1.5bn in GDV of small, medium and large-scale new developments across central London in his previous role.

Aidan McMahon, Head of Sales at Rockwell, commented: “Working closely with Rockwell in recent months on the launch of Hurlingham Waterfront to market has been a hugely valuable experience and I have become familiar with the top-quality, standards-raising products they are bringing to the London property market.

“I am proud to be joining this high-calibre team with many exciting projects in the pipeline.”

“His wealth of sales knowledge and experience will be invaluable to both our ongoing and future projects, and his skills will help us to capitalise on the excellent sales successes we have already seen across our major development projects this past year.”

Louis Jans - ECI Partners

ECI Partners, a growth-focused mid-market private equity firm, has welcomed Louis Jans to its team as Investment Associate. Louis’ role will involve originating and working on new investments, as well as supporting management teams in the ECI portfolio.

Louis joins from global investment bank, Houlihan Lokey, where he was a technology sector specialist focusing on software, data and analytics, edtech and tech-enabled services. He has previously worked with ECI, including on the investment into Ciphr, a specialist provider of SaaS HR, payroll, recruitment and learning software, in 2020.

On the sell side his experience includes the sale of a minority stake in Twinkl, a provider of supplemental education resources, the sale of With Intelligence, a provider of data, intelligence and connections to the global asset management industry, and the sale of Educaedu, a Spanish marketing provider focused on the education and training sectors.

Being a multilingual Belgian national, speaking Dutch, English and French, Louis’ language skills will be an additional benefit to ECI’s management teams with European operations.
