New managers at Malsis Hall

Sally-Anne Redhead has been appointed as Registered Manager at Malsis Hall with Craig Chatburn joining as the care home manager. Sally-Anne Redhead, who is a qualified nurse, worked within the NHS for 41 years. She brings with her a rich background in nursing and management having successfully led various healthcare facilities over the last 20 years, with a focus on fostering a positive and caring environment for individuals and staff alike. Sally-Anne has expertise in caring for people with mental health conditions, autism and learning difficulties. Her ethos revolves around empathy, dignity, and respect, ensuring that each patient and service user receives personalised and comprehensive care and support tailored to their specific needs.
Craig Chatburn has over two decades of experience as a nurse and manager in various care and healthcare settings across the region and has a wealth of practical knowledge and insight in delivering the highest quality care. Throughout his career, Craig has demonstrated a passion for implementing innovative care solutions and fostering a supportive and compassionate environment for both service users and staff, solidifying his position as a respected figure in the healthcare community. Sally-Anne Redhead expressed her enthusiasm for her role at Malsis Hall, saying, “As the new manager, my primary responsibility is to ensure that every individual receives the best treatment, care and support possible.
