Croydon residential development launches new collection of rooftop apartments
NHG Homes has launched a brand new collection of rooftop apartments for first-time buyers at its development Aspect Croydon.
Situated on the 26th floor of the building, the Skyline Collection offers a range of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, all available to buy with Shared Ownership. Each home comes with its own private winter garden, a multi-functional, sunlit space fully enclosed with sliding glass screens.
NHG Homes is holding an event on the evening Thursday 7 December where those looking to purchase a home can benefit from free mortgage advice from an independent financial advisor.
The Skyline Collection’s contemporary apartments come fully equipped with integrated appliances like a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer-dryer. Homes also benefit from underfloor heating and ample storage space, and many are dual aspect, with floor to ceiling windows filling apartments with natural light.
Croydon’s busy hub of restaurants, bars, shops and local attractions is just around the corner, including Boxpark, with eating options and event space hosting movie screenings, live music, creative workshops, art exhibitions, and comedy nights.
For those who like the outdoors, nearby leafy Wandle Park, Lloyd Park and Coombe Wood are a stone’s throw away, giving buyers access to acres of green, open spaces.
Aspect Croydon also boasts “convenient” transport links. Wellesley Road tram stop is on the doorstep, and East Croydon station is a five-minute walk away, connecting residents with London Bridge in 15 minutes. Those looking to travel further afield can also make use of quick connections to Gatwick Airport.
Amie Triphook-Cole, head of marketing and digital at Notting Hill Genesis, commented: “The Skyline Collection at Aspect Croydon is a rare opportunity for first-time buyers to purchase a home that offers these kinds of views of London with Shared Ownership.
“The collection is perfect for those looking to get onto the property ladder, including those renting locally in south London who want to stay in the area, but now want to purchase a home of their own.”
