Healthcare Social Enterprise Wins Business Culture Innovation Award
Health and social care organisation, Provide Community emerged as winners at the 2023 Business Culture Awards after taking home the award for Building a Culture of Innovation.
recognising and celebrating the forward-thinking that sets their employees up to succeed in the workplace. The awards attract entries from all over the world and boast an impressive judging panel from leading organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, NHS Trusts and Transport for London.
After being appraised alongside tough competition including global pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca and project management system monday.com, Provide Community took home the Innovation Award after being recognised for its culture of innovation.
A Community Interest Company (CIC), Provide Community delivers health and social care services in NHS and community settings across the UK. Provide Community’s submission detailed how its mission to improve services and accessibility through investment in innovation is delivering value to services, staff and patients across its service areas.
Kez Spelman, Director for Innovation at Provide Community said: “As a social enterprise working in NHS services, we have a unique opportunity to invest in transforming services, reducing health inequalities and making healthcare more accessible.
